• We ship orders only within India.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 business days from dispatch.

• Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  
  

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

• Refunds are not offered once an order has been placed.

• Replacement is possible only if the package is damaged during transit, under the following conditions:

1. The customer provides a complete unboxing video starting from the unopened package.

2. The damaged product is returned to us in its original packaging.
