Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Aalam Naturals. We strive to deliver our natural skincare formulations to you in the safest and most efficient manner possible.

1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
High Volume Periods: During sales or festive seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Coverage & Charges

Domestic Shipping: We ship across Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days.
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days. (Please note that these timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or regional restrictions.)

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to the courier’s website. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

Our courier partners will typically make three (3) delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse.
In the event of a "Return to Origin" (RTO) due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, a re-shipping fee may be applicable for the second delivery attempt.

6. Damaged During Transit

While we use premium, sturdy packaging to protect your products, if your package arrives tampered with or visibly damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding the mandatory unboxing video and the 24-hour reporting window.
